Apples from Obstbau Zinner are harvested in two to three picking rounds at intervals of several days. This ensures that only fruit of the highest quality is picked at all times.
After pre-sorting, the best apples are stored in cold rooms. Long-term storage takes place under CA conditions — this means you can enjoy the fruit until the following spring and summer.
